It has been our privilege to care for the honeybees for four generations, and it has been a joy to visit them on each occasion at their picturesque apiaries. Due to our unique and distinct setting here in the midlands of Ireland, the honeybees have collected this delicious honey from the wildflowers which grow along the River Shannon, the raised bogs and the ancient woodlands which surround us; a sanctuary for the honeybee. This is why we believe that these healthy, happy honeybees make Long Garden Bees honey simply bee-autiful.
We produce a unique and extraordinary product filled with all of the wonderful health benefits that are delivered through raw, untreated, minimally processed and unpasteurized honey. Due to our ‘less is more’ approach to producing the honey, you will find that your honey also contains a variety of pollen.
